Esther leads the communications and marketing efforts for the OFS program. Before joining the OFS team, Esther worked with two Michigan commodity groups: five years as the Communications Coordinator with the Michigan Potato Industry Commission and six years working as the Marketing Coordinator with the Michigan Apple Committee. 

Esther graduated from the Michigan State University College of Communications Arts and Science with two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising, with a specialization in Public Relations and a Masters of Arts degree in Strategic Communications.
