Jeffrey Priebe is the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety for Danaco Solutions. Danaco is a fresh produce supply chain management company servicing large restaurant chains across the country. With more than 30 years in the food industry, 15 dedicated to fresh produce, Jeff leads a team that is ‘boots-on-the-ground’ involved with food safety training, monitoring, and ensuring all federal, state, and local food safety regulations are consistently followed from seed forward throughout the supply chain. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Service & Production Management from Dominican University and a Master of Science in Food Safety degree from MSU. Jeff is also a Certified Professional of Food Safety (CP-FS) under NEHA, certified HACCP trainer, SQF Practitioner, Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) under FSMA, Certified Grower FSMA Trainer under the Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) and holds a National Food Safety Trainer Registration with NEHA. He holds memberships with several professional associations, including the Food Safety & Technology Council of United Fresh, the Institute of Food Technology, the International Association of Food Protection, National Environmental Health Association, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Food Security & Defense Working Group.
