Courses

The Graduate Food Safety Certificate is perfect for students who are not degree seeking. Successful completion of the three core courses (VM 811, VM 812 and VM 831) plus three credits of an OFS elective is required. A grade of 3.0 or higher is required in all coursework.

These courses are available to graduate students or to Lifelong Education students.
