Master of Science in Food Safety Degree

The curriculum for the 30 credit hour Online Master of Science in Food Safety degree spans from farm to table to lab with its 15 credits of core courses, six credits related to the non-thesis applied project, and nine credit hours chosen from a vast selection of current and highly relevant elective courses.
