The program includes two days of sessions facilitated by Frank Yiannas, Vice President of Food Safety & Health, Walmart, USA and Adjunct Professor in the Online Master of Science in Food Safety Program at MSU. The program also includes guest lectures by William “Bill” Marler, Managing Partner, Marler Clark LLP PS, and The Robert Leader Endowed Lecture with Guest Lecturer Patricia M. Griffin M.D., Chief of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Enteric Diseases Epidemiology Branch.
