Note: Nine (9) credits can be shared between both degrees.

The MSFS degree must be completed within 5 years.  The clock starts when any of the above courses (VM courses, DVM Clerkship courses or other shared courses, etc) are completed.

*One of either FSC 810 or FSC 811 is required, not both.
**The following approved DVM courses can be counted as MSFS electives – LCS 678 (Government & Corporate Veterinary Practice), LCS 690 (Veterinary Public Health Field Experience), LCS 691 (Veterinary Public Health Research) or SCS 690 (Veterinary Molecular Biology). Other electives can be submitted for program approval.
