The full Master degree is not right for everyone. For those wanting the knowledge but not the full degree, most of our courses can be taken through graduate level non-degree Lifelong Education. Those Lifelong students who successfully complete 4 courses from the degree curriculum will earn a Certificate in Food Safety.
For those who are interested in something other than graduate level courses, our program offers an on-campus Executive Education experience in the late spring of every year. Additionally, beginning mid- 2017, we will be launching a new non-credit Professional Education Short Course initiative.
